Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time. Our address is 1-5 Portpool Lane, London EC1N 7UU.

You do not need a referral from your NHS GP to see us.

3. Fees and payment

All fees are listed on our Pricing page and are payable in pounds sterling. Payment is taken at the time of consultation by card or contactless. We do not accept private health insurance and are unable to bill insurers directly. We can provide an itemised receipt on request, which you may submit to your insurer at your own discretion.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

We understand that plans change. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice by WhatsApp, email or phone.

  • Cancellations made **24 hours or more** before the appointment: no charge.
  • Cancellations made **less than 24 hours** before the appointment: a **£50 late-cancellation fee** may apply.
  • **Missed appointments (no-show):** the full appointment fee is charged.

We will always try to be flexible where there are genuine medical or family emergencies.

5. Late arrival

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid disruption to other patients. The full fee remains payable.

6. Refunds

If, after the consultation, you believe that the service did not meet a reasonable professional standard, please contact us within 14 days using the complaints procedure in section 11. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

We are unable to offer refunds for tests that have already been processed by an external laboratory.

7. Prescriptions

Private prescriptions issued by AristoGp may be dispensed at any UK pharmacy. The cost of medication is in addition to the consultation fee and is payable directly to the pharmacy.

We are unable to issue prescriptions for controlled drugs by video consultation.

8. Test results

Test results are typically available within 5–10 working days for routine tests and 7–14 working days for histology. Results are discussed with you in person, by secure video call, or in a written report at your preference.

We are not able to release results without confirming your identity.

9. Medical records

Your records are stored securely in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. You may request a copy of your records at any time, free of charge, by writing to us. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Limitation of liability

AristoGp’s clinicians provide care to the standards required by the General Medical Council and the Care Quality Commission. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for clinical negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

For non-clinical matters, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you have paid to us in that period.
