How Same-Day Booking Works
Securing a same-day private GP appointment at AristoGp is straightforward. Follow these four steps:

- Select your appointment type — choose face-to-face (at our Chancery Lane clinic) or video consultation.
- Complete a short registration form — provide your contact details and a brief description of your concern.
- Attend your appointment — arrive at 1–5 Portpool Lane, London EC1N 7UU, or join the video call at your scheduled time.
Slots fill quickly, particularly on Monday mornings and Friday afternoons. If online availability shows no same-day appointments, please contact us via WhatsApp — we will do our best to accommodate urgent requests.
When Might You Need a Same-Day GP Appointment?
A same-day GP appointment may be appropriate if you are experiencing:
- A sudden acute illness — fever, chest pain, breathlessness, or severe headache
- Urinary tract infection symptoms requiring assessment and a prescription
- A skin condition that has changed rapidly or become painful
- Gastrointestinal symptoms — nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, or abdominal pain

What Happens During Your Appointment
Each GP consultation at AristoGp is allocated 30 minutes — longer than a standard NHS appointment — allowing Dr Schoinas to take a thorough history, review any existing medications or test results you bring, perform a physical examination where clinically indicated, and discuss a clear management plan.
At the conclusion of your appointment you will receive:
- A clear explanation of your diagnosis or differential diagnoses
- A prescription if required (private prescription fee included)
- Referrals to NHS or private specialists as appropriate
- Blood test or investigation requests where needed
- Fit notes (sick notes) if clinically appropriate
- A written summary of your consultation on request
