Complaints Procedure

We take any concern about your care seriously. Telling us when something has gone wrong helps us put it right and improve our service.

Raising a concern

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please tell us as soon as possible. Many concerns can be resolved quickly by speaking directly with the doctor who treated you.

Making a formal complaint

To make a formal complaint, write to us at contact@aristogp.co.uk, or by post to Aristo Gynaecology & GP, 1-5 Portpool Lane, London EC1N 7UU. Please include your name, contact details, the date of your appointment, and a description of your concern.

How we will respond

We will acknowledge your complaint as soon as we receive it and aim to respond in full as quickly as possible. If a concern needs more detailed investigation, we will tell you why and keep you updated on progress.

Regulatory bodies

Our doctors hold practising privileges at a provider registered with the Care Quality Commission. The CQC does not investigate individual complaints, but can be told about concerns regarding the quality of care.

Concerns about a doctor’s fitness to practise may be raised with the General Medical Council. Dr Anastasia Mermigka, GMC 7640566. Dr Georgios Schoinas, GMC 7632510.

Your right to complain does not affect your care

Making a complaint will not affect the care you receive from us now or in the future.
