Appointments and booking

Appointments may be booked online, or by message on WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from the clinic.

Fees and payment

Payment is taken at the time of consultation. Fees are published on our Services & Fees page. Any additional tests or procedures are discussed and priced with you before they are carried out. Laboratory charges, where applicable, are quoted separately.

Private medical insurance

We are a self-pay clinic. We do not invoice private medical insurers, and we are not registered with insurance providers. All fees are payable directly by the patient.

Cancellations and missed appointments

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient, and it is how we are able to keep same-day appointments available.

To cancel or change an appointment, message us on WhatsApp or email the clinic. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or not attended, may not be refunded.

Scope of service

Consultations are provided by GMC-registered doctors. We do not provide emergency or out-of-hours care. If you need urgent medical help, contact NHS 111, or call 999 in an emergency.

Medical records and confidentiality

Your records are held in accordance with UK data protection law and GMC confidentiality guidance. See our Privacy Policy for detail on how your information is used and stored.

Prescriptions and referrals

Prescriptions and onward referrals are issued where clinically appropriate, at the treating doctor’s discretion.
