Consultant gynaecology · Central London EC1
Same-Day Gynaecologist in London
Seen by a consultant gynaecologist today or tomorrow — consultation and pelvic ultrasound in one visit, at a CQC-registered clinic in EC1.
Gynaecological worry does not keep office hours. Bleeding, pain, a lump you have just found — waiting weeks for an appointment turns a health question into a month of anxiety. Most weekdays we can see you the same day.
Same-day & next-day · Consultation £200 · With scan £300

Common questions
Questions about same-day appointments
Can I really be seen today?
Most weekdays, yes — especially if you message before midday. Saturdays are available too. If today is fully booked, tomorrow almost always has space.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book directly, and your NHS registration is unaffected. With your consent we write to your GP so your records stay complete.
What should I bring?
Any previous results or letters if you have them, and a list of medicines you take. If you have nothing, that is fine — we start from scratch.
What if I need urgent hospital care?
If your symptoms suggest an emergency — heavy bleeding with faintness, severe pain, or pregnancy complications — go to A&E. Same-day clinic care is for urgent worries, not emergencies.
Is same-day more expensive?
No. The fees are identical whether you book same-day or two weeks ahead: consultation £200, with pelvic ultrasound £300.
Which languages do you speak?
Consultations run in English, Greek, Italian and Bulgarian — same-day appointments included.
