Questions about certificates
Can I get a private sick note?
Yes. After a GP assessment we can issue a private fit note the same day. Employers accept private sick notes; for ongoing NHS-managed illness, your NHS GP should also be involved.
Do you do fitness-to-fly letters?
Yes — following an assessment, including in pregnancy up to airline limits, with the airline’s specific wording where required.
How fast can I get a certificate?
Usually the same day, often within hours — message us with the deadline and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
Will my certificate be accepted?
Certificates are issued by GMC-registered doctors on clinic letterhead after a genuine assessment — the standard employers, insurers and authorities expect.
Can you complete my insurer's or employer's form?
Yes, priced by the length and complexity of the form — agreed with you before we start.
Do you backdate certificates?
No. We can document when symptoms began based on your account and examination, but the certificate is dated when it is issued.
